  • Turn Key project / Project Based Engagement
    BRISA exhibits key competency in turn-key projects with higher level of engagement and assured client satisfaction. The engagement can be a development, maintenance, enhancement, customization or support projects. Brisa would analyze the client's requirements, produce an estimate and provide a fair assessment of the risks and issues associated with turn-key engagement. Brisa has the capacity and capability to deploy several teams simultaneously as need arises to accommodate new projects.
     
  • Resource Augmentation – T&M
    Brisa possess pool of highly talented team members in different technology and domains. The approach is appropriate for clients who have a need for IT resources on a continuous basis. Brisa’s consultants can work as an extension of the client’s project team or associated departments. Our methodology would ensure that the consultants would rapidly acquire an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business processes and technical infrastructure. The consultants would work on varied tasks such as development, maintenance, enhancement and support as moderated by the client as the engagement proceeds.

  • Offshore Development Centre (ODC):
    Brisa provides physically and logically secured areas for our client in our premises to meet of Business / IP confidentially requirements as part of ODC model. Brisa ensures infrastructure meets mutually exclusive IT environment for client engagements and confidentiality.  Brisa’s  team deployed on the project, can have access to the client’s repository through a leased line or other means as per IT and outsourcing policy of the client. As part of this model, Brisa takes complete ownership of Delivery, Project Management, Resources Planning and other associated aspects of the engagement.
